Titre du séminaire : Control of tissue-specific gene expression during early T-cell differentiation

Short summary of the talk: Our group is interested in the study of mouse and human epigenomes during early differentiation of T-cell lymphocytes and in leukemia. The talk will be divided in two parts. The first part will focus on the   characterization of epigenomic landscape of tissue specific genes. In the second part, I will present our recent  work aiming to characterize enhancer activity genome-wide by using a high-throughput reporter assay.
