Jourdan@univ-nantes.fr).

Travaux de recherche de M. Schmück-Henneresse
The overall focus of his work is to find the ultimate“ T cell subset for adoptive T cell immunotherapy following solid organ transplantation. To this end, he will discuss the following :

  1. He has initiated a yellow fever vaccine study to learn about memory stem T cell development and he will show preliminary data from that.
  2. He will show some data on a memory stem T cell population within the Treg compartment.
  3. He will discuss putative allo-specific T cell responses of distinct T cell subsets.
  4. He will summarize his data on virus-specific memory stem T cells (for their use in adoptive T cell immunotherapy).
  5. If there is an interest, he can show data from his post-doctoral period at Baylor in Houston, where he defined the T cell subset origin of CD3 and CD28 antibody-activated chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-modified T cells. This will be publish soon.
